Chocolaaaaaaate! A way to Stella’s heart. If you want me to do anything for you, please make me these chocolate cups first. I will love, appreciate and respect you forever. I will even rub your feet. Even if they’re smelly.

Speaking of, remember the kitten I found on the street, adopted and touched only with gloves because I was afraid I will get worms? How can you not? Did you not write about it in your bullet journal? “Highlight of the week: Stella adopted a kitten.”

I really need to stop being so humble. But, seriously, what is a bullet journal?

Anyway, that cat is now big, living in my dad’s yard and it makes me so happy. I don’t know where I was going with this super entertaining story. I guess you had to be there.

Show me the chocolate. I’ve told you before, I’m not a huge fan of chocolate and I’m dead to you. But in my defense, it’s not cheesecake or cake. However, I have been addicted to these cups for probably 3 months now.

They’re delicious, they’re super rich (and famous) and you can make them with a few ingredients in 10 minutes.

You’ll need some nut butter, any type you like. I’ve tried these with natural peanut butter, almond butter and are you ready: walnut butter! BAM. I found this local store that offers walnut butter and I’m not going back to anything else. Unless they stop offering it of course. Then I’ll have to cry for a few days and go beg peanut butter on my knees to take me back. #backtoreality

The other thing you’ll need is chocolate, I used 85%, because I enjoy it. You can use other % of dark chocolate – whatever you like. Just, don’t overdo it with the sugar, we still want to keep this dessert kinda healthy.
