This recipe right here is idiotically easy. Like everyone with a food processor/blender can make it easy. And that’s an understatement. And that’s exactly how I love it.

This is the perfect dessert for everyone who wants to lose weight, eat clean, have beautiful glowing skin, doesn’t have time, but wants something sweet and tasty. Easy, quick, delicious, no drama, no crying, no pulling my hair, no weight gain and no panic attacks, that I’ll eat something sucky today. And almost no cleaning.

That’s the dream.

No cooking, no baking, no chopping – only soaking, taking out of the freezer, peeling, blending and putting into the fridge/ into the mouth.

I discovered this recipe by chance, pretty much like Alexander Fleming discovered Penicillin. And, I’m pretty sure my discovery will have the same impact on humanity as Penicillin.

Originally I just blended banana with almonds, which by the way is beyond idiotically easy yet a very creamy and satisfying dessert. Put some vanilla in it and you’re ready to go.

But then I had these berries in my freezer.

And they were screaming: “Help us! Help us! It’s so cold in here!”.

My empathetic self couldn’t take it anymore. To the food processor. I did let them unfreeze a little bit, so they blend well.

And then the easiest tastiest healthy dessert was born.

These Beauty Bites are so easy and quick, if you’re feeling like it – have them as well for breakfast. There aren’t many other things you could do quicker.

HEALTH AND BEAUTY BENEFITS

This banana-berry-almond-mousse is a great source of vitamin C from berries and vitamin E from almonds…a combo that can beat wrinkles, aging, disease…pretty much all evil in the world. That’s because the antioxidant effects of vit C and E are additive – making this mousse an antioxidant monster and giving skin wrinkling free radicals no chance.
