Winter’s apparently over. Suck it, gray sky and winter sleep!

Even the bears are wide awake now – you see them running in the park, stealing honey from the bees, going to the cinema, driving cars, shopping at the grocery store, what else do bears actually do?

They don’t have quite the good reputation, do they?

I only know they sleep all winter long and whenever they’re awake they steal honey.

So to summarize it – bears are lazy thieves.

I hope they don’t try to steal this adorable veggie dip with roasted green peppers I made last week. If they do – this means war.

Because peppers are pretty much my favorite vegetable.

I just love the smell and their taste – fresh and very fragrant.

But when you roast or bake them…

Oh my Goodness, forget about the bears and watch out for me, because I’m ready to attack.

Roasted peppers have something sweet, so flavorful, so complete…and combined with some olive oil and garlic – veggie dip, I’m ready to start a new life with you somewhere far away from here.

You’ll understand when you make this.

You can eat this veggie dip in wraps, burgers, spread it on a toast, on the side or with a salad, dip veggies, nachos or fingers in it – whichever way you chose.

HEALTH AND BEAUTY BENEFITS

I made this roasted peppers dip vampire-proof by adding a few garlic cloves.

Check and mate, you blood suckers!

Go find someone who hasn’t eaten garlic and who doesn’t rub garlic on their hair to make it grow faster and thicker!

Good luck with that!

Everyone knows that garlic is the most awesome beauty and health food in the history of the entire universe and now everyone is using it.

Ha, write that in your diaries!

And your food diaries are probably pretty empty by now – aren’t they?

Garlic 1. Vampires 0.

Garlic can treat a variety of skin diseases – acne, cold sores, psoriasis, athlete’s foot.

It lowers blood pressure, prevents heart diseases, has antibiotic, anti-cancer, anti-inflammatory, anti-viral, antioxidant, anti-vampire and…anti-evil properties.

And as if that wasn’t enough: Garlic was also shown to prevent and reverse hair loss.

So, even if you’ve already joined the cast of The Bald and The Beautiful, rubbing garlic on your scalp might help grow your hair.

Can you imagine? Some voodoo magic from Supergarlic here.

I have personally never rubbed garlic on my hair follicles, but I did, however, put the avocado-dill-dip (which also has 2-3 garlic cloves in it) on my face once or twice in the last few weeks and my skin was smoother and better smelling than the backside of a well-nourished baby.

This roasted peppers dip is also good source of fiber (thank you roasted peppers), rich in the antioxidant vitamin E and a perfect way to boost your veggie intake.

It’s vegan, alkaline, gluten-free, grain-free and nut-free.

So, if not for something else – make this dip to prevent vampirism.
